You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

• The goods must be in their original condition
• All labels and tags must be present
• The items must not show any signs of use
• There must be no make-up stains, perfume odors, or other odors
Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be returned!
Important:
Returns must be shipped within the 14-day cancellation period (the shipping date is decisive). If the shipment takes place after the deadline, acceptance will automatically be refused and the shipment will be returned to the sender.
Return shipping costs & shipping:
The costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer. We expressly recommend insured return shipping with tracking, as we assume no liability for lost or damaged returns.
Refund:
After receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 working days via the originally used payment method.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
