 A. Cancellation Policy

 Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cagla Bilgic, Canur Dress, Bottroper Str. 168, 46117 Oberhausen, Germany, E-mail: business@canur-dress.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website https://www.canur-dress.de/pages/widerrufsformular. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g., by e-mail) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality (cleanliness).

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

Promotional Vouchers and Vouchers

If you return an order for which a promotional voucher or discount code was used, certain conditions apply to the refund. The refund amount will be calculated according to the minimum order value set for the voucher code. This means that if the returned items reduce the total order value below the minimum order value of the voucher code, only the discounted merchandise value will be refunded.
